A Nightingale sang in Berkeley Square

The article says: "Strachey scored another success in 1940 (this time with Eric Maschwitz and Manning Sherwin) with the song 'A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square'".

Is there a source for this? The WP page for A Nightingale ...confirms that Maschwitz wrote the lyrics but credits the music to Sherwin alone. It makes no mention of Strachey. Alarics (talk) 13:28, 8 August 2023 (UTC)

Nobody has replied to my point, but I have now checked further and it is clear that the reference to "A Nightingale Sang..." was an error, so I have removed it. Alarics (talk) 22:48, 28 March 2024 (UTC)
