Inclusion of peak oil perspective edit

The field itself does not have 3-15 billion barrels of oil. It is the region that is estimated to contain 3-15 billion barrels, the Lower Tertiary trend of the deepwater GOM. The Jack field's reserves are probably in the 300 to 600 million barrel range which is still pretty large but definately not 15 billion barrels.

source: Chevron, Devon Energy, and Statoil websites, the owners of the actual oil field. The press, for some dumb reason, has decided to rampantly misquote the fields actual value. I think they do it to disprove the peak oil theory.
