Why not "Poznański's"?
editWhy was the page moved from Izrael Poznański's Palace to Izrael Poznański Palace? Juliusz Gonera (talk) 18:55, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
- Because in English we don't generally use the possessive form in this way. This would mark it out as a bad literal translation by someone whose native language is not English. Native English speakers (and publications produced in English-speaking countries) simply call it the Izrael Poznański Palace (or just the Poznański Palace). Given this is English Wikipedia, it is usual to use titles used by native English-speakers. -- Necrothesp (talk) 23:57, 22 June 2020 (UTC)
