I removed "word for word" copied material from IMDb that was copyright infringement (See: IMDb Conditions of Use). On a search every site I looked at includes the wording, "He is winner of the best actor award of the "Golden Prague" TV films festival (1982)" from IMDb, that was also included in this article, so is either a copy of IMDb or Wikipedia.

The best I could find is that the subject is ranked 58th place in Most famous Actors from Bulgaria but it is user generated, like IMDb so not a reliable source, as well as the material appears to be either a copy of IMDb or Wikipedia.
While there may be sources "out there" the subject notability as an actor is questioned when a search does not produce results. If the results are location biased then someone needs to provide evidence as WP:NEXIST states: If it is likely that significant coverage in independent sources can be found for a topic, deletion due to lack of notability is inappropriate. However, once an article's notability has been challenged, merely asserting that unspecified sources exist is seldom persuasive, especially if time passes and actual proof does not surface. -- Otr500 (talk) 11:33, 19 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
