The article has one citation and the link works. It links to a glossary which includes the definition of isostatic depression that the article paraphrases. The article in its current form, accurately and appropriately paraphrases from http://www.physicalgeography.net/physgeoglos/i.html. The glossary seems to be created by Dr. Michael Pidwirny & Scott Jones University of British Columbia Okanagan so the source seems somewhat reliable, but it doesn't necessarily seem established.
