Based on Pachelbel's Canon?
editWhere does that come from? There should be a cite for it; it's not intuitive at all. The song does not sound in any way like the Canon. That doesn't mean it's not true – there could be a relationship, like the bass line is taken from the Canon – but since it's not self-evident, there should be a reference.
