On the term "Islamophobia" edit

As with most articles on this subject, there may be attempts to change the title on the basis that many people do not view "Islamophobia" as a real thing or, at the very least, don't like the term "Islamophobia." Rather than getting into this debate personally on this talk page, please see previous conversations on the talk page for the main Islamophobia page such as this one and many prior that have determined Islamophobia to be sufficiently neutral for regular use on Wikipedia. In the Tory party edit

See [1], an article this month. Doug Weller talk 10:58, 9 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

The coverage is pretty widespread and has received a lot of response from Conservative politicians. It definitely deserves a mention on both here and the Conservative Party (UK) articles, perhaps the creation of a Islamophobia in the UK Conservative Party article may hold merit.

On Bias and its importance to British Islamophobia edit

User: CameronCampili With an article pertaining to a controversial topic such as islamophobia, it is easy to insert one's bias into their edits and content additions. British media coverage of the topic is ripe with extreme bias on both ends of the spectrum so its very easy to fall into that trap. To ensure that the content in this article is both unbiased and factual its important to merely state that facts of how islamophobia has played out in Britain and has effected the British Islamic community especially seeing as this is a hot topic between the Conservative and Labour parties respectively. Wikipedia is an essential resource for those attempting to gauge a better understanding of islamophobia making the utilizing of this unbiased approach crucial.

On the subject of Politics. edit

It seems obvious that the section on the conservative party is merited at this point, but there are reports of liberals being Islamophobic due to the view that Muslim culture is connected to an oppression of women. Link Wouldn't it be more neutral to report both cases even when the liberal side is much less widespread? Thanks - JMCardis 2019
