Overlinking

Per WP:OVERLINK, A lot of links need to be taken out of this article, but every time I try to fix it, someone comes in and just puts them back in. For example, in this short article, I count 6 links to Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission in the body of the article, as opposed to the 1 that it should be. Also, linking Atomic Energy Center would be much more informative than Atomic Energy Center, despite it being a red link. Individually, those terms would be understood by nearly all readers, and therefore, should not be linked. This article is hard to read because it seems that every link that can be blue, is blue... A month with no reply, so I went ahead and removed the most obvious instances of overlinking. I removed about 11 links to the article Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission leaving the first one in the prose as well as the infobox. Red linking to Nuclear Energy Academy makes more sense than linking each word individually like Nuclear Energy Academy. Niels Bohr Institute of Theoretical Physics is much more informative about the place than Niels Bohr Institute of Theoretical Physics. I think this only starts the repair to the overlinking, but I'd like to get some dialogue started before doing much more as I've been reverted several times with absolutely no explanation. Update I just partially reverted another edit that continued to add yet more links to PAEC. Again, it should only be linked the first time it is mentioned in the prose per our manual of style. English Correction

Man, dr. Ahmad's article was copy and paste from the Pakistani educational website. Ahmad's article was difficult to read and grammar was poor also.
