Moved 1st two sentences out of History section for conformity with Wikipedia format. Changed "town" to "community" and "township" to "village" in first two sentences, respectively, to match state legal classifications. Added 1st paragraph under History.NebraskaFan (talk) 03:55, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
