This is a disambiguation page, which is "designed to help a reader find the right Wikipedia article when different topics could be referred to by the same search term". It's therefore a list of of any articles that someone might search for under the term "Irish language". Their existence on this page doesn't imply that the usage is or is not correct, just that the term might possibly be used to search for those articles.
