A number of the people listed as "Famous Iraqi Persians" do not fit this article as they do not meet the description of the term "Iraqis in Iran" as given in the first line of the article. Chemda Khalili is Israeli-born and lives in Queens, NY and has never lived in Iran. Dan Halutz is an Israel-born Israeli citizen. Abu Nuwas is exactly the opposite. He was born in Persia and migrated to Baghdad.
Merely being of mixed Iraqi-Persian ancestry does not merit inclusion in this article. Since these people are not Iraqis in Iran (or were not, in the case of Nuwas), they should be removed from this article.
