This station must be reasonably unique in that it is a two platform station with no footbridge in current form. Does anyone know when the original footbridge was removed? Every other two platform station on the far north line has a footbridge, and its inconcievable that this station would be built without one! The more so when you think that in the early 20th Century there were around 20 people employed on the railway in Invergordon.

I'm not sure it's necessary to have more than a short sentence or two about the crash, that could possibly have its own page if really necessary. Taking up more than half of the page with the names, ages and histories of everyone that died seems more than overkill. Lord British (talk) 04:15, 9 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
