Author's support for "first to file" is weasely

signing and dating
AFAIK the signing and dating of an inventor's notebook is not necessary for "each entry". Signing and dating only proves that whatever is written after that signature and date happened after that signature and date. It establishes a time/date marker, and as such is irrelevant and not at all linked to any entry in particular. YamaPlos talk 00:06, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
