The second paragraph of this stub sounds like marketing copy, old marketing copy that mentions that the Internet is not a gimmick. Would it be appropriate to simply delete that sentence, even though it is footnoted?

Looks like user CALIbent completely rewrote this page after my Talk post here. It still needs to be more robust; I will contribute and hope others will add more.
