Why is this article being flagged by notability and sources too related to the subject? edit

This article has over two dozen sources, only 5 of which refer to the organization's website. I don't understand why it's been flagged. It refers to an organization that has existed for over 30 years in several countries, and it has a similar structure of pages for similar organizations. Bcht12 (talk) 09:33, 17 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
