- @Clemenzi: The notice being talked about is {{Notability}}. I have restored it for now, because I believe the citations in the article do not satisfy the WP:GNG criteria. GNG requires multiple (at least two) sources, that satisfy all of the following: reliable source, secondary or tertiary source, independent of the subject, and have substantial coverage about the IGSHPA. As it stands, most sources in the article are not independent. The OGE source might be independent, but it doesn't have substantial coverage about IGSHPA — it merely mentions the IGSHPA in a quote attribution and links to their website.

6/21/16 - RC - Once again I removed the {{Notability}}. There are more links and references. But more specifically to intgr comment, a suggestion of a lack of "independence" is hollow -- IGSHPA is the central organization in a whole "new" industry that was founded by Dr. Bose at Oklahoma State, and IGSHPA is the codified central training/certification body for the industry, thus all of the parties are interrelated by definition. However, this industry is not one of the key parts of the Net Zero Carbon/Energy Movement, and thus it is a key part of a very important industry globally. -- Clemenzi —Preceding undated comment added 13:28, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
