Dimensions
editcan we add the dimensions of the boat, and remove the bit about vanderbilt? as far as I understand it, this is the de-facto standard boat for collegiate racing.... singling out one school doesn't make sense
- Yes, the Vanderbilt part should be taken out.Paulgush 01:04, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

Differences between International FJ and Club FJ
editI'd like to see some more information about this. Can IFJ's compete in CFJ events and vice-versa? When were the two different classes created and why? Why do most scholastic organization use CFJ's instead of IFJ's? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Corsair1944 (talk • contribs)

Production
editIt seems not all producers are listed nor up to date numbers of boats built used.
Regarding producers: on EP 2023 of IFJ at Brenzone sul Garda I saw more than one Poletto, a manufacturer I didn't see in the article. I think there were other producers seen or mentioned there, but listed in the article. But I had other things on my mind, and several months had passed... If/when I get missing data, I'll probably post them here, so it can be included in the article if sources were deemed valid.
Regarding numbers built: If the numbers of Sailboat data were used, they neither seem to include all builders, nor are numbers of those included up to date. Because better (and reliable) data would be hard to get (at least without OR), I'd suggest change from
4,600 boats have been built.
to
At least 4,600 boats have been built. Marjan Tomki SI (talk) 12:06, 22 September 2023 (UTC)
Citation overkill
edit28 references for one sentence really seems quite excessive. WP:OVERKILL. AllTheUsernamesAreInUse (talk) 05:03, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
