Nung language

edit

The "Tai" section used to contain the following:

###Nung (Fengshan)
###Nung (Lazhai)
###Nung (Ningbei)

The second and third line almost certain do mean the Tai language named Nung. Based on the fact that it references Fengshan County, however, the first line probably means the Sino-Tibetan language named Nung, which is not a Tai language and therefore doesn't belong in this section. I lack the expertise to resolve this. Filjil (talk) 10:53, 20 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

    • This is definitely a Tai language. Fengshan County is in Guangxi (I've been in the area myself, and it's nearly all Zhuang / Tai speakers living there). The TB Nung is spoken in western Yunnan along the Burmese border. — Stevey7788 (talk) 07:24, 27 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

IDS not accessible any more

edit

Can anybody find out why IDS is not accessible anymore? The website must have moved. Pet'usek [petrdothrubisatgmaildotcom] 21:53, 2 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

numbers

edit

Do the numbers in the list mean anything? Are the languages numbered in the IDS? If not they should be bullets instead. —Tamfang (talk) 07:32, 4 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
