A few comments/questions on the current article - not to beat up the author(s) of these sections, but to clarify the intent of the material (appears more appropriate to ask the questions here than to just delete those sections that I can't make sense of).

Maybe I'm missing the point - there are some sections of this article that do not appear to fit its apparent intent. While much of the article describes the interactive planning process, and there are references to how that process can be used to define the profession, there are some sections which appear only to regurgitate existing popular theory of OHS management. For example: The quote from Connor on a fair and just culture and constructive feedback may be true, but what does that have to do with defining the mess, establishing the ideal, and filling the gaps in the current OHS profession?

Two paragraphs later, there is a discussion of how organizations need to learn and goal setting - again, how does this fit the interactive planning process (it appears to contradict the interactive planning process by suggesting an annual goal setting exercise).

The paragraph quoting Le Coze totally confuses me - where does this fit in the interactive plannnig process?

And the very last paragraph looks completely out of place - I have no idea what the point is here.--Safetyhack (talk) 20:57, 17 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

No mention of interactive planning research like SIPE2 or TRAINS/TRIPS from U Rochester. Maybe a disambiguation page is needed since this seems to be a completely different topic that postdates interactive planning research (how to work jointly with an AI planning system).

This article has attracted little interest from any WikiProject and has long been tagged for editing problems. Why not do a WP:BLAR so that the topic can be better described in Russell L. Ackoff? – S. Rich (talk) 09:06, 20 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
