Delete or merge and redirect

My proposal was that this article is to be deleted as I consider it of poor quality. Someone else said it should rather be merged into constructed wetland and then redirected. I doubt there is much useful material here for merging but if someone has the time, go right ahead. EMsmile (talk) 10:35, 26 October 2017 (UTC)
