Club edit
IMIS is not a 'club' as suggested in rapid deletion policy. It is a learned society and professional institution.
- Whether the subject a club or an institution, the article must demonstrate the organization's notability. As it stands right now, the article does not show why the organization is notable. If you can add verifiable information about what the organization has done or what makes it significant, that will help it meet the notability requirements. --Megaboz (talk) 15:00, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
Use of Stub? edit

- it has to say something that might cause one to possible think to significant to survive. I've changed the tag to prod to give you a few days to do this. It will, additionally, need 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases) to demonstrate this. DGG (talk) 16:37, 20 September 2008 (UTC)

Sorry, I've misunderstood the coverage of stub definition. I see now the requirement to demonstrate notability even in stub form. Hangon challenge removed and speedy deletion understood. I will re-write this article at a future juncture when I have more time to research (offer of grace period noted and appreciated but best resolution for now is deletion).
