Claim of being only Mongolian and Chinese language publisher edit

Their claim that "内蒙古大学出版社 ... 是内蒙古自治区惟一一家用蒙、汉两种文字出版图书" appears to be pure BS. If you search Worldcat for the "rival" Inner Mongolia People's Publishing House in Mongolian [1], you'll see results of hundreds of Mongolian and Chinese books published by them.
