Both positive and negative claims must be based on independent reliable sources (WP:RS, WP:BLP). Also, the article should focus on noteworthy facts based on such independent sources. The excessive self-sourced listing of every single speech and public event is unencyclopedic PR and shows a possible conflict of interest.
