Talk:Infant oral mutilation

Latest comment: 6 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

•Thank you to those who have made suggestions about this article which is my first attempt at contributing to Wikipedia.

• "It needs additional references or sources" - I have inserted all the references to published papers that are relevant. The subject of Infant Oral mutilation (IOM) is not widely known and there is little on the internet apart from the information on the Dentaid website (www.dentaid.org) which I have put as a link. Dentaid is an oral health charity and is campaigning to have the dangers of this malpractice more widely known and asked me to put this subject onto Wikipedia.

• "Very few or no other articles link to it". There are no other articles about IOM to link to.

• "It may need copy editing" Any suggestions?

• Categories: I tried to find an appropriate category, but the article is about a traditional African practice affecting health and life itself. Any ideas of which category to use?

How do I proceed? Any help would be gratefully received! Hildarene (talk) 10:27, 27 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
