Newfound popularity

Is anyone aware of why several Wikipedia pages about "index", including this one, are suddenly at the top of the trending articles with several million views? SrAlfredos (talk) 17:17, 18 January 2023 (UTC)

My assumption is that it may have something to do with bot activity, in much the same way “XXX: Return of Xander Cage” and variations of “XXX” have been known to trend in the past (the talk page for that film has more discussion on this topic).
