Spelling of Diyarbekir edit

Prior to the Turkish orthography reform in 1929 (and even afterwards), the spelling Diyarbekir was used in English. (See NGRAM) Wikipedia generally tries to avoid anachronistic place names; for example, a RfC decided to use the name "Constantinople" rather than Istanbul prior to 1930. The sources that I can find discussing this period of history use the spelling "Diyarbekir" (ex [1]) Are there any objections to moving to Tribunal of Diyarbekir?
