I think this is something distinct and separate from pro se, but I'm not a lawyer. Does it mean something different in real estate, for example? --Mashford 22:37, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
- No, they are essentially the same. The two terms are just used in different judicial systems. I vote for keeping both articles up, but redirecting all similar articles to those two, namely, pro se and In propria persona.Bearian 19:22, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
