I've added a series of sources, referred to some briefly in the article. Also found an excellent student paper from a course at a Catholic school in Texas: [1] by Scott Schwind. Don't think we can put this in the article, but you may find it useful. ProfGray (talk) 18:33, 12 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
