December 2013 edit

I have once again removed material copied from the institution's website which, quite apart from being a copyright violation, was written in a promotional tone quite inappropriate for an encyclopedia article, which requires a neutral point of view. Expansion of the article in neutral, factual terms cited to reliable sources would be welcomed, but re-addition of promotional and/or copied material will be reverted and may lead to deletion of the whole article.
