Since when on disambiguation pages one uses "the" in front of entries? Also what is the use of "See also" on a disambiguation page, if it is not for similar sounding or similar spelled things? Also your sentence is complete nonsense on a dab page, since "Imperial capital may refer to the capital of an empire" does not distinguish between capital as in "capital city" and capital as in "capital (economics)".
