Masonic Lodge

Some sources call the former Masonic Lodge that was converted into a theater building "Imago Theatre" because of the company's residence. I assume there are historical names for this building, which may qualify for it own article. @Another Believer: I truly appreciate all your help here! I am trying to create as thorough a page as possible and still have substantial citing to do. I am interested in the contribution of this company specifically as their work has toured internationally for decades. A search of their show FROGZ will illustrate that they are not merely a local theatre company but have made a far-ranging contribution to a fairly rare theatrical genre. I come to this as a theatre scholar and hope to look into editing the pages of other companies as well. I am new to the format but look forward to improving my skills. @Another Believer: Many organizations publish highly aspirational mission statements that have little to do with their actual activities. Best to stick with describing the organization in terms of what others have said about it rather than in terms of what it would like to say about itself. @Another Believer: Scoured Imago's history some more and discovered they actually did American premier of British playwright, Caryl Churchill's "A Number." Made a citation on the Imago page. But in wanting to link to the play, noticed the American debut of the play is inaccurate on the Wiki page for "A Number." Do I edit this page? Suggestions? thank you!! PdxACCURATE, You can be bold and update the page yourself, as long as you provide reputable sourcing as an inline citation. Alternatively, you can post comments at Talk:A Number so other editors can look into this and update the article's text over time. Theatre

@PdxACCURATE: Thanks for your work on this article. If sourcing allows additional detail, I'd love to see more content about the theatre in southeast Portland. I'm guessing the building does not have a standalone Wikipedia article, so info about the structure is probably best here. I also understand selling the building was considered at one time. I am working on finding some more information about this building and also wondering about including a photo of it. It's an incredible building, and quite unusual for a theatre company to have such a space. PdxACCURATE, An image would be great. As you can see, there's a tag at the top of this page asking editors to upload an image. Something to keep in mind: images at Wikipedia must be freely licensed, so you cannot simply search for images online and use them. Most often people take photographs themselves and then upload them to Wikimedia Commons (Wikipedia's sibling project). Holler if you need help.
