"a museum dedicated to the country"?

edit

Under the heading "History: Ikikoku", the final sentence reads "There is a museum dedicated to the country located in Nagasaki"(emphasis added). Can anyone explain what this means? What "country" is being referenced here? Also, the Ikikoku Museum is most definitely not in Nagasaki; it is in the southeast of Iki Island, near Utsumi Bay.
