Because of a controversial discussion on German WP, I'd like to know whether the sources used here, might indicate that Féodor Kostin, an economist working in a bank, was sent to fight the war for the newly created Moldavian SSR (...) means anything different from the Red Army. Furthermore: Before the cession, the Kostin family relocated to Kishinev, Moldavian ASSR. Kishinev was never part of the ASSR. Do your sources show from where to where the family relocated.
