Fixed date on reference one

I changed the date on the first reference article from June 22, 2006 to the correct date of June 22, 2005.

He has been newly "adopted" by the Western powers since taking the field against Boko Haram and other Islamist groups. Assassination?

The facts of the EgyptToday article are more or less the same as other sources (that Déby died as a result of injuries sustained in battle with rebels), but they're the only source I could find that used the word "assassination" to describe this. Calling this an assassination doesn't seem factually correct, and it also seems to violate WP:NPOV - the neutral description would seem to be something like "died as a result of gunshot wounds sustained in battle". That said, I don't know much about this conflict (in particular, the forces involved), so I didn't want to make this change myself. Juansmith (talk) 15:56, 20 April 2021 (UTC)

I agree that it reads strangely. It mostly makes sense as-is but maybe something more like: "...who was President of Chad from 1990 until his death in 2021 from gunshot wounds suffered while commanding troops on a battle front."? It's a tough one to word correctly, to be sure. Update: I found a more coherent wording on the Current Events page: "...who was President of Chad from 1990 until his death in 2021 from wounds sustained while commanding forces against rebels."97.102.30.205 (talk) 14:44, 21 April 2021 (UTC)

Date of death?

When did Deby really die? Some sources say Monday, some say Tuesday. The main Wikipedia article states April 19 as date of death, but on the ”Deaths in 2021” page he is listed under April 20. Could someone please sort this mess out?
