Footballer?
editShould there be something in the first screenful of information saying that this person is a footballer? 'Playing for a liverpool' might be 'playing football for liverpool' or 'playing for liverpool football club'.? 87.252.47.178 (talk) 14:29, 9 October 2008 (UTC)
Snide comments
editIt is absolutely disgraceful that people keep on filling out profiles of football players with comments about their clubs being sh*t. Grow up or stop editing Wikipedia! Thank you to the editor who removed the "Scouse bastard" line on this article PRasmussen (talk) 09:24, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
On a similar note, although it's not as bas as the example above, I deleted the line "However, the fact remains that Nobby Stiles and Bobby Charlton are the only two Englishmen to have played in both a World Cup and European Cup Final" as it has no relevance to Callaghan being presented with a World Cup Winners Medal. 90.214.195.190 (talk) 21:29, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
