Fair use rationale for Image:Iscream.JPG

Image:Iscream.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Are you asserting that the current article, which appears to me to cover the "Down III: Over the Under" album as a whole, should instead be titled after what appears to be a single son on the album? I'm not sure that I quite understand the intent behind this movereq...

OK, that's not really a move request then, so I've moved the movereq notice...

What's stopping you from (re)creating I Scream as an actual article? Go to the actual page and edit away... just because it is currently a redirect doesn't mean that the page itself is special.

Ah hah... hang on, I see what the issue is now. What confused me earlier is that the current article which we are discussing is about the album from the Japanese musician Nana Kitade. The I Scream redirect page deals with a single from the (American) band Down. This is actually name collision issue, which I didn't really understand earlier. the way to fix that is to use disambiguated titles. Therefore, both titles would be changed to I Scream (album) and I Scream (single) (or something similar). The two left over "I scream" and "I Scream" pages could and should subsequently be CSD'ed.

Nope, the name of the album is not I Scream. The redirect is there because there's a track on the album called "I Scream". (disregard that, you never claimed otherwise) Lacking an actual article for that song, there's no naming conflict since this article is the only one with the name "I Scream". Therefore I support the move to I Scream to conform with our capitalization guidelines. Jafeluv (talk) 07:31, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

One thing for certain is that this really ought to be changed immediately, since it's obviously confusing. That I Scream is currently a redirect to Down III: Over the Under is obviously problematic... as a matter of fact, I've just now gone ahead and changed the target of the redirect to be I scream. Regardless of the AfD decision, I see no reason that should negatively impact another article.
