Joplin had two solo albums

edit

The head of the article states it was the only solo album of her career, that's not true. She had this and Pearl, which came out two years later in 1971. Cuyfly (talk) 17:40, 1 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

It states that it was "...the only solo album released during her lifetime." Pearl was released posthumously. Mr. Swordfish (talk) 00:16, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

What does this mean?

edit

The opening section states:

"Overall, the album was a more polished work, but, with the lack of prominent accompanists like the Holding Company, the album was not as successful as Cheap Thrills."

I don't know what this means. Agree that the album didn't sell as well as the previous one, but it seems like WP:OR to claim that it was due to the "lack of prominent accompanists" (whatever that phrase might mean), or that it was a "more polished work". Can someone translate? Mr. Swordfish (talk) 00:14, 21 April 2023 (UTC)Reply
