I'd rather call it edit
I'd rather call it a three stage procedure to avoid confusion with Three-phase electric power. Is three phase the official DIN term? I remember that during the research, I saw "phase" often. Poorly written and confusing edit
This article is very poorly written confusing and in places inaccurate. It makes references to odd practices by some manufacturers and then the links to these references are broken. It contains unsupported personal commentary. Lbecque (talk) 18:20, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
Stage one and two confused edit
The statement at the end of stage one that some chargers will keep the voltage at uMax and reduce the current to 80% of the constant current value before proceeding to Stage 2 is complete nonsense. That is the definition of stage 2, keeping the voltage constant and reducing the current, so literally the charger has entered stage 2. Non authoritative source edit
One of the big problems with this article is that it is written with references to a user manual for a specific product, battery charger. That is hardly what I would call an authoritative source and can be highly inaccurate as many of these are written in China and translated into English by technicians instead of someone who knows the subject thoroughly in academia. There is a good write-up on this subject on battery university.com which I would recommend using as an authoritative source to rewrite this article. Lbecque (talk) 18:36, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
