Date of raid/closure of IMC TV edit

Alright, so a few editors have now reverted my changes to the closure date from October 4, 2016 to September 29, 2016. Both referencing a Turkish language BBC World Service article. I looked at the article and there is no mention of a raid, only that IMC TV had been ordered by Turkish authorities to shut down, which it didn't. IMC TV continued to broadcast until October 4, until it was raided by police.

October 4 is specifically mentioned here: http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/police-raid-tv-station-over-terror-propaganda-cut-broadcast.aspx?pageID=238&nID=104577&NewsCatID=341 and here http://gulfnews.com/news/mena/turkey/turkey-police-shut-down-pro-kurdish-tv-channel-live-on-air-1.1906713

This Fox News/Associated Press article even includes pictures of the IMC TV raid, dated October 4, 2016. (http://www.foxnews.com/world/2016/10/08/turkish-post-coup-crackdown-sparks-democracy-fears.html) What more proof do you need?

Please stop changing it back to September 29, 2016.GWA88 (talk) 14:54, 9 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
