I am going to remove the links to "terrorism" and "mass murder" considering that this was an attack by paramilitary organizations on an army of occupation in the context of an insurgency, and not a 'terrorist' attack or an atrocity.
It is misleading, to say the least, to have this event characterized as anything other then a military/paramilitary operation targeting soldiers.

Infobox map edit
The map in this infobox is a static image, with the location marker overlaid by relative position, set in pixel offset. It would be much better to use Template:Location map with Module:Location map/data/Israel northwest negev, but with the lack of geodata here it's not clear what to set the latitude and longitude to. Looking through the sources I was only able to find a general location; nothing specific enough. If anyone can verify the location, it would be good to get this fixed up; if nothing else, to get that HTML markup out of here. Mkcaldwell (talk) 19:05, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
- There is no source giving specific co-ordinates, but the BBC article states "... the checkpoint in Rafah". There is only one checkpoint that I can identify in Rafah, so I have boldly used 31.2481, 34.2570 as the the location. This allows the infobox to use "normal" mapping methods — GhostInTheMachine talk to me 18:36, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
