According to Czech Radio Archivy (APF), there seem to be two wind quintets, with different tempo divisions; they have broadcasts of each. See (description of) Czech broadcast of quintet 1 and Czech broadcast of quintet 2. No dates seem to be provided there but perhaps elsewhere in the biographical section of the site...
