Interesting one here! Two things first: in Description, define 'stipitate hydnoid'. In Microscopic features, break this into two sentences "The hyphae of the cap are hyaline (translucent), smooth, thin-walled, collapsing when dried, forming an intricate tangle with a tendency to run longitudinally, septate with simple clamp-connections, segments extremely long, slender, uniform, 3–4 µm side, branching diffuse." I'd have ce'd it, but I didn't want to step on some of the... fungal syntax. heh.-- Rcej (Robert) - talk 07:54, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I tried to reduce jargon and simplify sentences like so... better? Sasata (talk) 09:25, 16 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Nice :) Next; stretch Edibility a little if possible, and in Habitat, distr. and eco. the use of the term 'pseudotissue' in "They are characterized by a plectenchymatous (referring to a pseudotissue formed by more or less tightly interwoven filaments)..." sort of clouds the context of the sentence. I felt fixated on trying to visualize a pseudotissue. heh.-- Rcej (Robert) - talk 04:09, 17 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
Ok, here's some changes to address these issues. Sasata (talk) 06:39, 17 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
