Missing source edit
Several sources cite an article "The Hungarian Raid on Spain of 942 A.D." in Archivum Eurasiae Medii Aevi, but acording to the Complete Index of Articles in AEMAe, volumes 1–19, no such article was ever published. Srnec (talk) 02:13, 26 March 2016 (UTC)

- Schamiloglu in the paper cited in the article refers to this "forthcoming" article (by himself) in the AEMA. All I know is that I cannot find it and the index I cited does not have it. I believe it might, for one reason or another, have never made it to print. I do not remember where else I saw it cited or if it was in an RS or not. Srnec (talk) 01:11, 5 July 2016 (UTC)
do any RS's refer to language? edit
How exactly did the Arabic or "Spanish" speakers talk to their Magyar captives? Was one of them a leader who had some sort of rudimentary understanding of some language all parties were able to understand? 10th century Magyar would have been a full-stop to understanding on any level with Arabs or Hispanics. 50.111.12.90 (talk) 03:50, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
