You have got to be kidding me! Have you got nothing better to do than watch articles as some kind of laughter police? Okay, the duck race may have been made up but the rest of it was actual fact. I would say it amused and informed anyone who read it in equal measures. Who put you in charge of the article anyway? Jobsworth do-gooder I would hazard a guess. Pathetic.
