Proposed merge with 2014 Exploitation of workers in the South Korean island edit

"2014 Exploitation of workers in the South Korean island" is an NPOV that needs help. While I don't think it is notable enough to need its own article, it could be placed in its own category under "Forced Labor" or similar in the Human Trafficking article. Hmmm... although it was not a global issue, it was somewhat famous in South Korea. A blog explaining about Salt farm slavery --햄빵이 (talk) 13:55, 10 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
I think the articles should remain separate. AbsoluteMack (talk) 15:06, 12 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
This one was a national scandal and deserves its own article. IdentityCrisis (talk) 17:45, 3 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
Given consensus not to merge, I've removed the tags. Klbrain (talk) 19:52, 26 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Link Rot edit

The source link for Reference #3 appears to have rotted. A possible alternative link is available. The possible alternative. Consonol (talk) 09:30, 8 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

It looks like reference 5 also has link rot but I couldn't find an alternative unfortunately Sneezenoises (talk) 01:28, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request for modification edit

Korea's human rights rating has been downgraded from first to second due to the continuation of Slavery on salt farms in Sinan County, local collusion by municipalities and police problems since 2022.

Therefore, I have to revise the text, but I don't know how to modify the footnote, so I request it.
