Neutrality edit

Wikipedia articles should be written from a neutral point of view. Most of this appears to be a badly translated Paraguayan tourist leaflet, giving a very nationalist Paraguayan point of view, particularly of events in the War of the Triple Alliance. Had Paraguay "lost what was probably the greatest genocide that occurred in Latin-America", or was it given a bloody nose for starting the war in the first place? Were the deaths due to acts of war, or cholera, which most reliable sources seem to indicate was the greatest killer, spread by drinking infected river water? The episode was certainly a tragedy for the country, but this simplistic overtly nationalist claptrap hardly does justice to the poor buggers who died, and would almost certainly be disputed by Argentinians, Uruguayans and Brazilians, who see events somewhat differently.
