Clarification in "early proposals" section edit

Tomlinson (see article sources) says the line was abandoned due to cost cutting after Hudsons Downfall, BUT , in "The Yorkshire Coast" it states that the line was included in the "York and North Midland (East Riding No.1) Railway Bill" , but it was excluded from the Act passed...

Tidy railway line edit

I've removed the victoria dock branch line section from the route map (since its not the right line)

However it is half the victoria dock branch and may be useful later - so I've pasted it here:
