I think the grenade thing was a running gag, he occasionally gave out "the glass grenade", an award (featuring a lead glass paperweight in the shape of a stereotypical hand grenade, on a wooden base) to departments that successfully handled delicate situations. This event seems to be fading from the record and is noteworthy. McColl would endorse any half-baked Clinton idea in return for the White House’s support for interstate branching legislation.”; essentially this is the birth of a new wave of community lending programs that have been faulted by some as a root cause of the housing crisis to follow. Furthermore, Hugh McColl made a recent editorial contribution to a major newspaper expressing an opinion of how government should stay out of corporate boardrooms; contrasting to his stay in the government's bedroom. The previous edit interjects valuable information relating to the subject of the article -- though to suggest that it is "the truth" seems at best, biased. There is no reason the information can't be incorporated into the article, albeit in a way that reflects the editorial nature of the article and acknowledges Rolling Stone's rather transparent point of view. But even as such, the information could be incorporated. In the meantime, it's worth noting that Talk pages aren't here to discuss the topic of the article, but rather to discuss improving the article.842U (talk) 18:46, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
