Huang River (湟水) is thousands of miles away from Huai River (淮河). You guys should check it carefully. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.222.191.226 (talk) 17:02, 17 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Starting point and Grand Canal

edit

I am confused about the course of the Huai River. According to the map at [1], the Huai either begins or ends at Hongze Lake (Lake Hongze?). But this article says it flows into the Yangtse.

Also, one of the earliest parts of the Grand Canal was the Han Gou, which connected the Huai to the Yangtse. This seems relevant as well. Wakablogger2 (talk) 03:44, 19 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

The article “tributary” have some detailed information about the issue. Frost-CHN (talk) 06:50, 2 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Map showing province borders

edit

If we could have a map showing this river's flow which also shows the borders of the provinces it flows through, it would be immensely more helpful than the map we have now. 173.89.236.187 (talk) 14:02, 21 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
