Date of birth

Unfortunately, some of the sources here can't add up. He was said to be 26 in 1986, which would mean he was born around 1960. On the other hand, he was supposed to be 69 when he died, which would mean he was born around 1952 . . . a discrepancy of about eight years! Editrite! (talk) 08:37, 3 June 2021 (UTC)

Most of the English sources say 69. Of the two Borneo Today sources, only one gives an age i.e. 63. If he was 63 (and it's a big if on the evidence so far) he could be born in 1957, if his birthday was AFTER his date of death, or 1958 if his birthday was on or before his date of death. This Jesselton Times news reported that his younger brother Tony Hsing confirmed his death at age 63 but no exact DOB was mentioned.Riccckyyy (talk) 04:23, 6 June 2021 (UTC)

This Fook Lu Siew Funeral Parlour FB obituary post] stated his DOB is 15 June 1958, thus he died at the age of 62, just two weeks away to be 63. Riccckyyy (talk) 10:13, 8 June 2021 (UTC)

Facebook is not an acceptable source. You need to find a more reliable source, such as the Jesselton Times. If you changed his age in the Deaths of 2021 page, the age MUST match the source. Editrite! (talk) 02:16, 13 June 2021 (UTC)

The funeral parlour official Facebook obituary post was based & even attached with the pic shot of primary source newspaper cutting. It stated the full information of the exact DOB, DOD, family members & funeral service of the death. This extra citation was just added in Deaths of 2021 page listing.
